Make entire bar clickable on user search results page and user cards on Dashboard

Currently, users can only click on the check box to view user's data.
This update is to make the entire row clickable.

If a user is selected in the dashboard page and clicks anywhere (as shown with the red dots) and the checkbox will be checked, their user record shows on the same page.

This task is to make it so that the users bar on the users page could be clicked anywhere (as shown with the red dots) and the checkbox will be checked.
In addition, this would happen for the My Teams page.
