As discussed with Delaplex, the design of this will start with Code District in a design-first approach. Assigning this to Awais.

The search function includes the T-score data so it would be preferable to club the search functionality with the export functionality to make sure only filtered data is exported.

Code District needs to provide list of Private API's with sample request & response.
Two Approaches suggested:
1) Rendering the report in HTML & using a angular package to download the Excel file. (Recommended by Delaplex)
2) Single button will fetch the record information & directly download as .csv or .xlsx format.
