Add instructions reminder link to every page of the DNA Discovery

Some people do not read the instructions on the first page before taking the assessment. It would be helpful to have something on every page that would remind users how to answer the questions.

This is a great idea. We have started this enhancement, and it's currently in testing. To see a sneak peek of what this will look like, see attached.
How this will work:
The "Instructions" button will be visible on each question page, and users can access the instructions anytime during the process.
We expect this release to happen in early October, possibly earlier.
