Add default tabs for Financial Behavior and Work Talents

DNA Behavior

This feature is to make default toggles based on account type (brand). Currently, if Business DNA users log into the system, the Financial Behavior toggle is their default.
If the package is Financial DNA, then the default toggle should be Financial Behavior.
If the package is Business DNA, then the default toggle should be Work Talents.

In the event that a package does not have access to a toggle, currently, users can click on it and see some insights that they would otherwise see on the toggle they do have (such as T-scores), however, we would like this updated so that the toggle is not even clickable. The following hover-over message would appear:
